Courtney Mensink, MA, LADC, LPCC
is dually licensed to provide mental health and addiction counseling. She has over five years of work experience that has led to specializing in working with individuals that are dealing with addiction, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, co-dependency, self-esteem issues, and life changes that have led to distress. Her approach is typically based on CBT and DBT, however she believes therapy should be integrative and depends on the individual needs of each client. With a client-centered, compassionate approach, she works to empower clients to challenge negative thoughts and build emotional resilience to ensure lasting recovery and improved well-being. She is passionate about helping people feel understood and less alone as they challenge themselves to grow and learn healthier coping skills.

I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing trivia and board/card/video games, reading, and creative writing (poetry and short stories, mostly!). I’m also a huge movie buff and try to see every movie in theaters if I can!
